who owns my data?

you do. markdown files, database exports, skills — all portable. leaving is a config change.

which AI tools does it work with?

claude, chatgpt, gemini, cursor, perplexity today. plus any tool that takes an MCP server or a custom context prompt.

where does my data live?

swiss hosted by default. eu residency on request. encrypted at rest and in transit.

can this move to a team plan later?

yes. your memory comes with you when your company is ready.

what if i cancel?

full export as markdown + db dump. account deleted within 30 days. no hostage data.

can my executive assistant or chief of staff use it too?

yes. add up to two delegated users on the sovereign and frontier tiers. your EA can file notes, schedule ingests, and retrieve answers on your behalf — every action is logged. the local tier is single-user by design.

what about sensitive data — board minutes, personnel, M&A?

tag sources as restricted and they're encrypted with a second key only you hold. queries from other delegates can't touch them. on the local tier all your data is restricted by default.

do you train on my content?

no. we never train our own models on your content. where we route to a third-party model (frontier tier), we use the provider's no-training controls and send the minimum context needed.
